It was squeaky clean when we arrived at 11 on a Wednesday! Food & shakes: Kids were happy! Cofffee: I didn't like! Seating area: nice. Ordering: easy using the kiosks!!! Service: nice. Parking: plenty!

My food that I ordered was good. My fries were a little over salted, but they were warm. My sandwich was messy but delicious. We did have a lengthy wait in thr drive through. In my mind, it was a little too long due to the fact that very little to nobody was there. It think if the fries had less salt and the wait was a little shorter, I think this place from the drive-through perspective could receive a 5 star. The picture is of the vehicle we were behind for several minutes. Again, a little quicker service or delivery of the food would have been ideal. I can't imagine if it would have been a busy time. It would have been a long wait.

Cheap eats that fill you up. Hot and fresh shoestring fries and hand spun milk shakes tie it in for a great meal without breaking the bank. The burgers are fresh made and nicely seasoned. Lost of choices for shake flavors and burger toppings, everyone can get something they like. Open 24 hours, so it always sounds good.

Very friendly service from both employees that we encountered, even though they were pretty busy. Food was ready quickly and tasted great!

This is my favorite steak and shake in this fine City good food and good service. This location has elevated their game in both quality and service along with presentation shouts out to Joshua always love coming here with my brother and nephews appreciate all of you guys

It was very good food but the only reason I am not rating it 5 stars was I waited about half an hour to revive my milkshake which was inconvenient. Just in case you want to know it was not busy.

I come here all the time, and while the food is always good, today just made my day. I went through the drive thru, which was faster than usual so it was already good, and the woman serving me was such a sweetheart. I wanted to try something new and she recommended the garlic burger, which I loved. Her smile seriously brightened my evening. I'm pretty sure her name was Melissa. Hopefully she is working the next time I come, lol.

We have never had a bad experience with any of their locations. We have a picky toddler who loves his grilled cheese sandwiches, so they are able to satisfy his meal of choice and allows for us to have a variety of options to choose from for ourselves. We travel the nation and love finding Steak 'n Shake locations because we know we will have a happy toddler, which means peaceful traveling for at least a few hours.
